		<description>I absolutely agree with you on this. It’s not so much what Twitter does or doesn’t provide, it’s the fact that there is no obvious additional value from using that vs email, dedicated chat, SMS. At this point it’s really just another channel, which is great, but definitely not a must-have.</description>
