I'm working on scientific computing in france and i'm studying JackRabbit to use it as a repository for datas as ComputeNode, MasterNode, Network ... I had used zodb (zope) wich was simular but now we're using JBOSS for WebService and JPA (with hibernate) but that's not pratical. I'm sure that's an antipattern.
